The Minister of Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski, from Ohrid, marked the beginning of the campaign to promote the National Portal – uslugi.gov.mk.
"Today, I am pleased to say that we are launching the campaign to promote the portal uslugi.gov.mk. We are starting from Ohrid, and there are planned educational events across Macedonia to promote the portal, which offers a total of 300 electronic services for citizens," Andonovski stated.
The Minister added that these field activities provide an opportunity for citizens, with the help of employees in the Ministry of Digital Transformation, to create a user profile or improve their level of the Single Sign-On System (SSO).
"According to the report of the State Audit Office for 2024, one of the observations was that increased promotion of the portal is needed, hence this educational campaign for the National Portal uslugi.gov.mk. With good organization, we managed to increase the number of users of the portal by 70,000 in one year, and over 9,000 transactions per month," the Minister concluded.
Andonovski added that every service used on the portal saves time for citizens and increases the efficiency of institutions.
