As part of the commitment of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia to build a service system of public services and efficient public administration, in order for citizens to receive better and more efficient services, a project is being implemented to establish and equip business premises - Service Centers, named „One Point for Services“, which allows citizens to receive services and information from various state and public institutions in one place.
The „One Point of Service“ project involves the establishment and equipping of business premises - Service Centers, named „One Point of Service“, which enables citizens to obtain information and services from various state and public institutions in one place according to the principle of a „one-stop shop“. In the ETU Centers, citizens can obtain services and information provided by various state and public institutions at one counter.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation has established thirteen „One Stop Service“ service centers at the following locations:
