Within the process of the state’s digital transformation, the security of information systems (cybersecurity) represents a key national priority for protecting the digital infrastructure and services used by citizens, state and public institutions, and the economy.
The dynamic development of information and communication technologies and the uneven digitalization of processes across different dimensions of society significantly change the perspective on cybersecurity and increase the risk of cyberattacks and cyber incidents. A safe, resilient, and trustworthy digital transformation of processes—and of society as a whole—can be achieved only if it is built on solid foundations within a secure and resilient cyber ecosystem.
