The Ministry of Digital Transformation informs the public that as of today, the Public Call the allocation of value vouchers for students for the purchase of electronic devices is open, and is being implemented via the National e-services portal – uslugi.gov.mk.
All students may apply no later than December 20, 2025, and the realization of the vouchers, i.e. the collection of the devices, can be carried out until December 31, 2025.
Steps for application for students registered with the Ministry of Education and Science (link to the service: https://uslugi.gov.mk/service-details.nspx?serviceId=5980)
1. The student logs into uslugi.gov.mk and submits the application for the service "Public Call for the allocation of a value voucher for students for the purchase of electronic devices ".
2. No documents need to be attached during the application process. After successful submission, the system generates a document – ​​Value Voucher.
3. With the received voucher, identification document and signing of the Statement for utilisation of the voucher (at the sales outlet of the economic operator), the student may collect the electronic device from the chosen economic operator, no later than 31.12.2025.
Steps for application for students who are NOT registered with the Ministry of Education and Science
1. If during the application the system determines that the student is not registered with the Ministry of Education, he automatically receives a notification and a link to the special service:
"Public call for awarding the allocation voucher for the purchase of an electronic device for students who are not registered with the Ministry of Education", where he should continue with the application by 20.12.2025.
2. In this case, the student is obliged to attach a certificate of full-time/part-time student status, issued by the higher education institution in which he/she is enrolled.
3. Upon successful completion of the application, the system generates a Value Voucher.
4. With the voucher, an identification document and a signed Statement for the Voucher Used, the student can pick up the electronic device from the selected economic operator no later than 31.12.2025.
