The Minister of Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski, was a guest on Macedonian Radio, spoke about the Digital Summit that will be held in Skopje on October 1 and 2, at the Museum of Contemporary Art, where will be present over 800 participants from the country, but also from other states in the region and Europe.
Andonovski noted that this year the summit has been slightly reorganized, as it will now include not only officials and government members but also citizens, the business sector, and universities, allowing them to attend and listen to the speakers invited to the summit.
The main topics of the summit will be cybersecurity and digital services, but discussions will also cover artificial intelligence, announced Andonovski.
We will place the main interest on cyber security, three panels will be dedicated to it, as there has been a great interest from both the participants and the panelists. Then digital services, we will present, as I promised, the Macedonian mobile super application, of course we will discuss digital wallet, digital identity, interoperability, new services, connecting institutions, innovations, artificial intelligence and etc.," said the Minister of Digital Transformation.
Regarding the promotion of the event, Andonovski noted that all panels and the opening ceremony, as well as the speeches of Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski and his speech, will be digitally broadcast on social networks.
"All interested parties who will not be able to attend the event will be able to follow it on social media, I think it will be a great event," concluded Andonovski.
