At the Western Balkans Digital Summit, the Minister of Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski, presented the new national super application m.Uslugi, calling it a "revolution of the mind and action".
A super application means that the application will contain all the services that the state offers to its citizens. With the ability to store electronic documents, most used services, a reminder of deadlines and an electronic mailbox.
"This is an application that brings the state to the palm of your hand - one application for all important documents, one application for everything; m.Uslugi is the new and unique super-application, simple to download, browse, subscribe and use," said Andonovski.
The m.Uslugi application allows citizens to have their most important documents, including an ID card, directly on their mobile phone, with complete security and control over their own data. An ultra-secure QR code enables risk-free information sharing, using encryption with the highest security standards.
In the first phase, the application offers two of the most used public services, according to the needs of citizens. As the minister emphasized, this is just the beginning: “Each new version will bring new services and new surprises for you,” Andonovski added.
Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, in his address to the summit, emphasized the importance of the m.Uslugi application for the future of Macedonia’s digital transformation: “This is the beginning of a digital revolution that will fundamentally change the country.,” said Mickoski.
The Prime Minister extended special thanks to Minister Stefan Andonovski and his team for, as he said, “the fierce and hard work” in the employment of this initiative.
With this application, Macedonia is taking a major step towards digital transformation, providing modern, efficient and secure access to public services for every citizen.
The application is currently in a testing phase intended for trials with real data. Any interested tester, user, or developer can download it in the manner described in the attached document with a QR code and instructions for installing the application. Upon receiving feedback from users, the final first version of the application will be available by the end of the year. Therefore, we invite all interested enthusiasts to download, test, and provide feedback on the super application m.Uslugi.
