Today, the Minister of Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski, together with the Mayor of the Municipality of Kavadarci, Mitko Jancev, officially inaugurated the beginning of the work of the new Service Center, intended for the citizens of Kavadarci and surrounding areas.
“This centre is one of the five new ones that we promised at the beginning of this year, and now those promises are becoming a reality. With its opening, the citizens of Kavadarci and the vicinity will be able to use all administrative services available through the national portal uslugi.gov.mk, facilitated by employees of the Ministry of Digital Transformation,” said Andonovski.
The Minister added that in July alone, the number of services used through intermediaries has significantly increased compared to the same period last year, which, as he emphasized, is a clear indicator of the growing interest and need for these centres.
“In July, citizens demonstrated how important the new Service Centres are – the number of services through intermediaries is 70% higher than the average in 2024,” added Andonovski.
He also expressed satisfaction with the progress in the digitalization of public services and the increased use of the national portal uslugi.gov.mk.
“The total number of monthly transactions on the portal exceeded 7,000, which is an increase of 53% compared to the average for 2024,” the minister emphasized.
The Mayor of the Municipality of Kavadarci, Mitko Jancev, thanked the Ministry of Digital Transformation for the opening of the new Service Centre, which, according to him, will provide citizens with easier and faster access to administrative services, without the need to travel to the capital.
