The Minister of Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski, today signed an order to restrict access to illegal websites via public electronic communication networks, in cases of unlawful gambling.
The latest order includes an additional 33 illegal websites, which means that the total number of illegal websites covered (banned) so far is 307.
The order has been submitted to the Agency for Electronic Communications, which is obliged to submit it to the operators of electronic communication networks for implementation within five days.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation will continue with ongoing measures to suppress illegal online gambling, aiming to protect citizens and ensure safety in the digital space.
